We are not affiliated with any agencies or attorneys, nor do we have any financial interest in referring you to any particular agency or attorney. Rather, we represent you and work for you to find the best professionals that meet your individual needs.
- Information about procedures, home studies, profile preparation, networking strategies, interaction with birth parents and various adoption professionals, legal issues, and levels of openness.
- Development of a customized plan that includes adoption agencies - listed by states - whose average placement time is 3 - 12 months. Our sources work primarily in “safe” states where birth parents cannot revoke their consent.
- Assistance and guidance in creating your Personal Profile. An outstanding profile is essential for being selected by a birth mother quickly. Our expertise and experience will help you create a highly effective profile.
- Risk assessment for each situation referred to you.
- Continued advice and support throughout the process.
Although we specialize in newborn domestic adoption, we can certainly help you with international adoption as well.
Fees:
The $2050 service fee includes two private sessions and on-going telephone and e-mail support. It is payable as follows:
- $250 due with the Confidential Questionnaire
- $900 due before the First Consultation
- $900 due before the Second Consultation
You may also purchase a private 1/2 hour Q&A session for $100. If you then sign up for our services within the next 30 days, the $100 fee will be applied to your total price. Please contact our office for details.
Additional charges will be limited to overnight packages mailed, with your permission, on your behalf. For clients pursuing international adoption, total fees will be discounted as usually only one consultation is required.
For return clients, discounted fees apply.

Refund policy- All fees are for services rendered and are non-refundable.
Complete and submit the Confidential Adoption Questionnaire and sign the Agreement for Consulting Services either online or by mail. Once we receive your completed documents and application fee, we will contact you within two business days to schedule your initial consultation. Consultations are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. We request at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment.
During your first consultation, we’ll discuss your unique situation, personal needs, & adoption options, educate you on critical adoption issues such as state laws, birth parents’ rights, & how to accelerate the process, coach you on the development of your Personal Profile, and discuss a preliminary direction for your personal adoption strategy.
At your second consultation, approximately two weeks later, you’ll receive your customized adoption strategy & roadmap, guidance on the home study, information on how to talk to birth mothers, agencies, & attorneys, and a critique of your Personal Profile. We’ll answer every question you have so you leave the meeting confident in your ability to successfully pursue your plan.
From there, you will choose & sign up with your placement sources (domestic adoption agencies & adoption attorneys or international adoption agencies), complete your Personal Profile, and finalize your Home Study. After that, you wait to be matched with your baby. Throughout your journey, we are always available for ongoing guidance or even just to provide a listening ear.
