Traditionally, domestic adoption takes a long time.  Those who go into this process uninformed can often wait 2 to 3 years or more!  But that doesn’t have to be you.  There are specific steps you can take to greatly increase your chances of adopting a healthy newborn of your desired race in 3 to 12 months.
