Although we work with clients across the country and help them adopt newborns nationwide, we are proud to be based in Florida – one of the safest states from which to adopt. However, please be aware that Florida adoption laws prohibit Adoption Consultants from placing children. The Adoption Consultancy works exclusively with pre-adoptive families, not with birth parents. If we are contacted by a birth mother, we refer her to a licensed adoption agency or attorney who can help her create her adoption plan. Additionally, as we are not attorneys, we refer our clients to some of the best adoption attorneys available to provide legal guidance.
